Matthew Roesch, the founder of Roesch Law LLC, is an experienced business and transactional attorney with over 15 years of practice at some of the nation’s largest law firms.

Matthew specializes in business transactions, including asset purchases and sales, business formation, real estate law, commercial lending, and general commercial contracts.  His goal is to assist small to medium sized businesses and individuals with all of their legal needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
